We want you to be happy with what you buy from fieldservice.in. Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, this policy explains when refunds are available.
Templates and template packs
- If a file is faulty, will not open, or is materially different from its description, contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will fix it, replace it, or refund you.
- If you bought the same item twice by mistake, we will refund the duplicate.
- Because downloads cannot be returned, we do not normally refund a template simply because you changed your mind after downloading it.
Memberships
- You can cancel a membership at any time from your account. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
- If you are charged for a renewal you did not want, contact us within 7 days of the charge and, if you have not used paid features since the renewal, we will refund it.
How to ask for a refund
Use the contact page and include the email address used for the purchase and your order number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
