- You pay once. There is no subscription.
License and refunds
You may use and edit the files within your own business, with as many of your own employees and jobs as you like. You may not resell or share the files themselves. See the template license.
If a file is faulty, will not open or is materially different from its description, contact us within 14 days and we will fix it, replace it or refund you. See the refund policy.
The packs are general templates and planning tools. They are not legal, tax, safety or compliance advice, and they do not replace the records your state, OSHA or your insurer require.

How do I get the files after I pay?
Gumroad shows a download button as soon as payment goes through and emails you a link to the same files. Each pack is a single zip file.
What software do I need?
The forms come as Word files and PDFs. The Word files open in Microsoft Word, Google Docs and most other word processors. The workbooks open in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Can I add my company name and logo?
Yes. The Word files are fully editable, and each form has a line at the top for your company name, phone number and license number.
Can my whole team use them?
Yes. One purchase covers use within your own business, by as many of your own employees as you like. You may not resell the files or share them outside your business.
Is the bundle the same files as the three packs?
Yes. The Complete Bundle contains the Technician Starter Pack, the Field Safety Pack and the Small Contractor Pricing Pack in one download, for $39 instead of $51.
Are the safety forms OSHA compliance documents?
No. They are general templates to help you record hazards, inspections, meetings and incidents. They are not a safety program and do not replace your written procedures, required training or required records.
Are the free templates on this site different?
Yes. The free templates are simple single-page PDFs. The packs add editable Word versions, more forms and Excel workbooks with the formulas built in.
